I've been working this summer on finding some calmer ways to be an intense, passionate (read anxious) person, a task which was made trickier by my discovery that now, when you take the Meyers-Briggs, there's an added measure of identity that ranges from "assertive" to "turbulent"! I have to go and investigate that 5/3 ratio now.
