Poetry Friday 7/27/18 Life's a Beach

Happy Poetry Friday Friends

Thank you to Catherine for hosting this week's mid-summer round-up at Reading to the Core. I'm having lots and lots of fun away from my writing desk this week having fun in the sun with lots of family.

  1. What a lovely haiku to capture your time there.

  3. I love your haiku because it illustrates the art of summering with family. How would you like to combine that with an image for my gallery "The Art of Summering"? Also, can you send me a digital copy of the wonderful poem you wrote on summer for me? If I take a photo of it, I won't do the paper art and poem justice. I will include that one too in my summer gallery, Linda.

  7. Great poem, floating there on the beach. A sandcastle of a poem. And I like your signs, too. Made me feel I was on the drive with you.

  8. I love the "waves chatter" part. So perfect. I hope you're enjoying the beach--we've been having a lot of red tide here, so we've been staying away. Your photo-word shenanigans gave me a chuckle as well.
